Warranty Policy (Retail Customers)


WARRANTY OVERVIEW

All products purchased from Bulk Mobiles come with a 12-month limited warranty.

This warranty applies after the initial 14-day returns period and covers eligible faults for repair or replacement.


WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Hardware faults not caused by user damage

  • Issues that arise under normal use

If your device develops a fault within the 6-month warranty period, we will arrange:

  • Repair, or

  • Replacement (if repair is not possible)


WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (e.g. drops, cracks, water damage)

  • Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage

  • Software issues caused by third-party apps or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorised repairs or tampering

Any devices returned with non-covered damage may be rejected or subject to additional repair charges.


WARRANTY PROCESS

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at info@gadgetbuys.co.uk with your order details and a description of the issue

  2. Our team will assess your claim and provide next steps

  3. If approved, you will be asked to return the item for inspection


REPAIR & PROCESSING TIME

  • Warranty repairs and processing typically take 7–21 business days

  • This timeframe includes assessment, repair, and return

  • Processing times may vary depending on our distributors and parts availability


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Customers are responsible for returning the item unless otherwise stated

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service

  • Data on devices may be erased during repair – please back up your data before sending your device


WARRANTY PERIOD

  • The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery

  • Any repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period unless stated otherwise
